How do I buy an insurance policy through Policywings?
You can compare and buy policies directly on our website. Select the type of insurance you need, answer a few questions about yourself, and we'll show you plans from 30+ insurers. Pick one that fits, make the payment, and your policy is issued instantly. Our advisors are also available if you need help choosing.
How do I file a claim?
Go to our Claims Help page, select your insurance type, and follow the step-by-step process. You'll need to submit relevant documents like hospital bills, FIR copies, or repair estimates depending on your claim type. Our claims team will guide you through the process and keep you updated at every stage.
Can I renew my existing policy through Policywings?
Yes, you can renew policies from any insurer through Policywings. Just share your existing policy details and we'll handle the renewal. We'll also check if there's a better plan available at renewal time so you're always getting the best deal.
What is a POSP agent and how do I become one?
A POSP (Point of Sale Person) is an IRDAI-certified insurance advisor who can sell policies from multiple insurers. To become a POSP with Policywings, you need to be at least 18, have passed 10th standard, and complete a 15-hour IRDAI training. Visit our Become a POSP page to apply.
