1.What is a claim?

A formal request submitted by an individual or entity to an insurance company for compensation or coverage of damages or losses as outlined in the insurance policy.

2.How can I exactly file a claim with policy wings?

To initiate the claim process, you have to inform the insurance company about the incident that led to the claim and formally submit the claim request. Subsequently, the insurance company conducts a thorough assessment of the claim.
